Introduction

In order to align their workforce to their organizational goals and to achieve their talent management strategy; Client needed a complete Performance Management solution that can manage the entire lifecycle of Appraisals. The expected solution includes various processes, requests, approvals and alerts.

Being an existing Oracle EBS user client was looking forward to a proven Oracle partner to implement. Client selected 4i, a Cloud applications consulting and services firm which is recognized as an Oracle Platinum Cloud Select Partner and a Cloud Excellence Implementer.

Implemented Oracle EBS Performance Management System with the following functionalities

  • CEO Approval (Custom Workflow)
  • Annual Increment Process (Extension provided by 4i)
  • Grievance Process (Extension provided by 4i)
  • Bonus Process (Extension provided by 4i)
  • SMS configuration (Interface to Mobile for alerts)

With unavailability of standard interface of PMS module with Payroll; 4i integrated PMS to Payroll to automatically update and reflect the Basic Salary and Lumpsum pay after the completion of appraisal process in PMS. Also provisions like Grievance Management, Bonus management etc were configured as value added services based on our extensive experience.

Oracle Performance Management provides robust functionality to support enterprises in aligning their workforce to their organizational goals and improving strategy execution. Oracle Performance Management enables HR Professionals to roll out performance management plans to the entire workforce or specific set of workers, incorporating objective setting as well as appraisal tasks

By implementing Oracle Performance Management and enabling custom process including Department Head Approval, CEO Approval, Annual Increment, Grievance and Bonus; standard product of Oracle PMS is enhanced to meet the business process of client.
