ME’s leading insurer unifies its systems under Oracle Fusion with 4i apps as its technology partner.
4i successfully implements Oracle Fusion ERP and integrates with various insurance systems for a leading Middle East Insurance Company for locations covering UAE, Oman, and India.
The Client is a market leader and largest insurance company in Oman and has around 190+ combined touch points for policy sales and servicing. Client also has operations in UAE and India.
The client is a Financial Services leader; they require a strong digital platform to strive for their growth vision. The main aim of the client is to replace and consolidate the current disparate systems with a tier 1 solution that can be future proof and agile. One of the key challenges was to integrate the various insurance systems and other 3rd party systems in use.
As part of the project, the client also required to implement some new initiatives like getting new product ideas from their internal team for which they required a system to track and trace.
An ERP is at the center of all transformation projects and the success of ERP implementation will bring ROI faster.
4i helped the client in their Digital Transformation journey to implement Oracle Fusion Cloud with Finance, EPM, HCM and SCM modules.
4i used Oracle Integration cloud to integrate the multiple insurance domain systems and other 3rd party systems.
For the new initiatives, 4i recommended the use of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) which is a rapid application development tool that has drag & drop features and WYSIWIG editor. 4i developed an Innovation management module in VBCS and deployed as an extension to Fusion. Now the employees could submit their new insurance product ideas which was then evaluated and qualified by the policy designers and board.
