PROBLEM STATEMENT

Omran faced the complex task of managing operations across 16 entities and 30 staff hotels, each using disparate systems. The challenge was to migrate and integrate these entities into a single, cohesive platform that could support over 1,000 employees and approximately 2,000 users while maintaining operational continuity and data integrity.

SOLUTIONS PROVIDED

Comprehensive Oracle Cloud Implementation:

Omran’s transition to Oracle Cloud encompassed key modules in Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

Tailored Customizations:

The solution included customized Subcontract Solutions, E-Tendering, and an ICV (CRM) to meet Omran’s specific business needs. Additionally, 87 custom reports and 20 dashboards were developed, providing actionable insights and enhancing decision-making.

Seamless Integrations:

The project featured 11 critical integrations, including automated connections with 5 major banks, SharePoint, financial systems, and MIS reporting tools, ensuring a unified and efficient operational ecosystem.

Training and Support: 

A 10-day training program was conducted, empowering Omran’s team to leverage the full capabilities of the new system, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing user adoption.
