With 100 employees and ownership of over 12,000 assets, Q Mobility is responsible for managing and optimizing urban infrastructure, ensuring seamless and sustainable smart mobility solutions.

Problem Statement
As a newly carved-out entity, Q Mobility required a fresh Oracle Fusion Cloud environment to manage core Finance and HCM functions. Key operational challenges included the need for:
- Daily revenue reconciliation from toll collections via DARB.
- Automated and secure file transfers for Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Bank Statements.
- Clear separation of reporting for parking and toll operations.
- Efficient onboarding of legacy data from ADQ, including employee, supplier, contract, and asset records
