The entity manages two key revenue-generating systems: MAWAQiF (public parking) and DARB (toll gate system), previously operated under the Integrated Transport Center (ITC). With 100 employees and ownership of over 12,000 assets, Q Mobility is responsible for managing and optimizing urban infrastructure, ensuring seamless and sustainable smart mobility solutions.

Streamlining Toll and Parking Operations with Oracle Fusion for Q Mobility

Problem Statement

As a newly carved-out entity, Q Mobility required a fresh Oracle Fusion Cloud environment to manage core Finance and HCM functions. Key operational challenges included the need for:

  • Daily revenue reconciliation from toll collections via DARB.
  • Automated and secure file transfers for Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Bank Statements.
  • Clear separation of reporting for parking and toll operations.
  • Efficient onboarding of legacy data from ADQ, including employee, supplier, contract, and asset records
