Tadweer is the government entity overseeing the management of solid and hazardous waste across the Emirate. It handles over 10 million tons of waste annually and operates 12 treatment and recycling facilities. To enhance operational efficiency and adopt global best practices, Tadweer partnered to implement Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. The initiative aims to streamline daily operations, establish unified standards, integrate functional modules, and ensure compliance with policies, enhancing the company’s sustainability efforts.

Tadweer needed to enhance operational efficiency, improve control over daily operations, and unify business standards while eliminating data duplication. They required a solution that would integrate functional modules, adopt global best practices, and ensure transparency, compliance, and sustainability across their waste management processes.

Comprehensive Oracle Cloud Implementation:
Tadweer implemented a full suite of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including:

  • Fusion ERP & Projects – GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Fusion Expenses, Project Financials, Fusion Financial Reports Center and Standard Implementation of Fusion ERP Analytics
  • Fusion SCM – Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Self-Service Procurement and Inventory.
  • Fusion HCM – Global HR, Absence, Benefits, HCM Journeys, Workforce Directory, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Talent Mgmt, Learning, HR Help desk and Standard HCM Analytics.
  • Fusion EPM – Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Enterprise Reporting, Accounts Reconciliation and Tax Reporting

Using Oracle Visual Builder (VB), the following custom solutions were developed:

  • Custom Payroll Bank Integration (Screens):
  • Salary Payment

  • Custom 4i Bank Facility Management extension to handle Letter of Guarantee and Letter of Credit.
  • Additionally, BFM solution developed using Oracle Visual Builder manages 150+ facilities master records, including labor, contracts, tenders, payments, 3 facility charge types, 65+ bank guarantee requests/transactions (with auto copy and amendment options), and 200+ letters of credit, including requests, issues, acceptances, settlements, TR creation, and settlements.
