With over 700 employees, including 480+ clinicians and multilingual dispatchers, the organization delivers 24/7 life-saving care. Its fleet includes over 110 emergency vehicles comprising ambulances, first response units, incident command vehicles, and a helicopter in partnership with the MOI Air Wing.

Problem Statement

National Ambulance operated on a legacy Oracle environment (Tahaluf/Fazaa Group instance), which posed several operational challenges:
