Leading Cloud applications consulting and services firm, announced today that it has successfully certified to the new ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Last year, 4i Apps made the strategic decision to upgrade its certified ISO 9001:2008 Quality to the latest ISO 2015 standards. The 4i Apps quality team spent the last year providing organizational guidance in relation to the certification requirements. Additionally, after a week of going through our quality, our third-party auditors from BSI Group concluded that 4iApps management systems met all the updated requirements and certified our organization to the new ISO 9001:2015
Major changes to the ISO standards include an increased focus on continuous improvement, which helps ensure a more integrated global focus on improvement initiatives with a specific focus on improving the 4i Apps distributor partnership and end-user customer satisfaction. Leadership and management commitment are also new areas of increased focus in the new ISO standards. Increasing 4i Apps focus in these areas will help ensure accountability at all levels of the organization and facilitate the transition of top-level goals into tactical level action plans.
