4i Digitizes Social Security and Tax Operations for a Government Body in West Africa
A major government organization in West Africa, responsible for managing employers’ and employees’ contributions, income declarations, and benefits such as pensions and medical services, was operating on fragmented, outdated systems. These siloed platforms led to inefficiencies, revenue leakages, and a lack of transparency. To drive nationwide reform and ensure sustainable governance, the institution partnered with 4i to implement a centralized, secure, and automated solution using Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management (PSRM).
